Exact same issue here. Razer Blade Pro 2019 laptop, RTX graphics card. Game is legit unplayable, crashes every match. Getting penalised rank points for it
Yeah I guess I spoke too soon. Made it through an entire day and thought my work around fully fixed it. Woke up this morning and decided to play one pubs match to warm up first, GLAD I DID. First match didn't even load and DEVICE HUNG ERROR. Wouldn't let me back into the match because it kicked me before character select.
If that had been ranked I just would of got my 20000th - points in ranked penalty, and banned from ranked play for some time again.
