I figured out the problem, it was a bad driver for a keyboard I had plugged in.

Hey, @Kleptse Can you try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Hi @EA_Atic, I've attached the Dxdiag to this message, as well as clean booted my PC, same issue is still happening.

@Kleptse I also don't have any overlays enabled.
