Hi there, @robertmitchellva.
You said you checked connectivity, but just in case you didn't go through power cycling, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I tried these with no luck. I also tried two different controllers and changing servers. Ever since the new achievements became avaialble on Tuesday the controls just don't feel as responsive. I've tried changing setting, etc. but it just doesn't feel the same. Is anyone complaining of this problem? For me it's nearly unplayable now.
- @robertmitchellva Exact same thing for me. It's driving me absolutely insane. What data center are you on?
I tried uninstall/reinstall with no luck. Primary data center was Dallas, but tried all the others with no luck from other states. It's infuriating since I've invested so much time in this game and basically can't play it now for some unknown reason.

Hey, if you adjust the sensitivity in-game, can you get the feel of it back to where you want it?
Ok, I think I've at least pinned down the phenomenon. The new quests become available on Tuesday and the controls feel fine/normal. On Wednesday, both this week and last week, the controls all of a sudden feel much more sensitive and jerky. It's happened the last two weeks. Is there anything that corresponds with this time line as far as updates, etc.?
Also, no. tried changing sensitivity settings and not close to the "normal" feel from the day before. Very strange.
