Lost Apex progress on my account

I reset my ps4 and I lost all of my progress I created the account on the ps4 but for some reason when I put the account back I lost it all, I tried to login on the ea account trough ps4 but it did nothing.

    Hey Marco19831​,

    Roughly how long have you been playing Apex? Is there another EA account you may have used in the past? Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. 

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. 

    Depending on how long you've been playing Apex, that may be what's happened here as the activity on this particular EA account is relatively new. If there's another account you may have used in the past, it may be worth checking back to see if you're able to sign in there instead. Contacting support directly if it's an account you can no longer access will let an advisor take a look with you to see what other options are available, if needed.

    I've had the account for a few years, I was at level 200 or higher, if I remember correctly. I tried to log in with my EA account on the PS4, went to the legends section and tried to buy the item, and it asked me to log in, but now even that doesn't appear and it didn't work; I'm still stuck on a zero-level account.

    If you've had the account for a few years, you would currently be on the wrong EA account. The EA account you're posting from wasn't created until towards the end of last year, so if you played at all prior to that point, the progress would be on a different EA account.

    I would definitely try checking any other old email addresses that may have been used previously, and if you run into trouble with that process our support team should be able to take a look at any updates that may be needed to help access the account.
