I have the exact same problem. Even have different similar errors sometimes. It is very annoying and I can't enjoy the game due to it crashing every 20 min.
Same exact issue here as well.
RTX 2080
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
32GB 3300 MHZ DDR4 RAM
I, too, am experiencing this same issue and it makes the game unplayable. There's no way to reconnect after the game crashes either. I haven't been able to complete a full match. I first encountered this during training.
RTX 2080 TI FE
NVIDIA 418 Drivers
And I have the same thing, RTX 2080, ryzen 5 2800X, ASUS b450-f gaming MB, and 16GB ddr4 3200 Mhz.
Same issue, every 3 games or so. This is a joke. Probably too busy coming up with ways to monetize the game rather than fixing game breaking bugs.
Well looks like the problem lies in the optimization for RTX cards is garbage. 2080ti FE + Ryzen with this same issue.
Edit: the newest Nvidia driver though has added "support" for Apex Legends most likely removing this issue - at least partially.
Edit... this reply was added in the wrong section. Nice one EA
Now I'm really starting to think that Ryzen could be the problem with this issue... I know the 887A0006 problem was happening mostly on RTX + Ryzen combos but even then people said that the problem would have been because of poor optimization of the "new" video cards (even though as I said - pretty much 100% of the people who complained about that had both RTX and Ryzen). Got to say I hate this garbage - I think this is still happening to me (2080ti + Ryzen) but there's a chance it's happening because of my GPU overclock... or CPU, because I did pretty much both at the same time.
The most likely case might be either overclocks (if you have any - might want to try playing on defaults) or just optimization of the gpu + cpu combo. I know this error is most likely associated with gpu errors but I honestly can't say for sure considering there isn't a comprehensive wiki for the game's engine nor it's errors.
