Game Crash with startup on Xbox

just updated the game and now i cant start it anymore, it just loops and turns off. 

what is going on ?

    Hey @booeern 

    Is your Xbox language set to any of these languages?

    • Swedish
    • Norwegian
    • Dutch
    • Finnish
    • Danish
    • Turkish
    • Hungarian

    Currently there is an issue with Apex that causes the game to crash whenever the console language is set to any of the previously mentioned languages.

    The issue is being looked into and can be tracked on the Trello Board.

    The workaround would be to switch to a different console language as long it isn't one in the list.

    It did solve the problem, but a new one arised instead. 

    My progress is there, but all the characters Ive unlocked and skins are gone, my currency is just gone. 

    So i only have stock characters and my lvl. 

    What up?

    @Boeern 

    Did you unlink your Xbox account from one EA account and link it to another EA account?

    Account progression is linked to the EA account, so if you did relink it, you'll need to relink it back to the original EA account it was connected to if you want your data back.

    well then i cant get my data untill 2024, i guess ill just quit
