The file was in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Apex\paks\Win64 for me but I can confirm the game now launches.

Confirmed that deleting the file fixes the problem.
Navigate to the Explorer and navigate all the way to the exact folder (C:\Program Files\EA Games\Apex\paks\Win64), now delete the file...it should be a DLL file with the name: ui(01).dll
