Game Crashes on Ranked Mode Cause PENALTY!!

Guys, EA support team DOESN'T LISTEN

i talked, emailed, chatted with them many times last week and last couple of days, no one is listening or even seriously commenting on the issue!!

the main problem is this:

WE ARE GETTING PENALTY FOR GAME CRASH AND ERROR SUCH AS THE DXGI ERROR!!

it's ok to cope with the error from time to time, but the real issue is the PENALTY they must not give us penalty for crashes!!

Today i ended up having 45 minutes, and honestly i am afraid to play my next game because if i crash the penalty will be more and keep going on and on!!

This is ridiculous specially after buying the battle pass, looks like i wasted my money as i can't play because of crashes penalties!!

talking about penalties, btw, WHY RANKED PENALTY PREVENT US FROM PLAYING ALL OTHER MODES? this doesn't make sense at all!! look at games like CSGO, if you get banned in a competitive match, you can play all other game modes!! but in Apex it is really bad!!

anyway, as i said earlier, I don't think they're listening... 

this is happening since season 4 is out!

let's make this issue really loud!!
