That Bluetooth drivers were also red-rated in my environment, but Apex crashed even after removing them (BthA2dp.sys & BthHfEnum.sys).
So, please try to find the other red-rated drivers (not necessary to remove all the red-rated drivers in Autoruns).
Checking the error logs in Event Viewer would also be a good tool in identifying the cause of this problem.
Of course, unless you really want to play Apex right now, it would be best to wait for a bug fix.
Not sure when it will be fixed...
Just an FYI folks, removing drivers without being sure what they are can cause problems with your computer, so don't just go Willy nilly deleting drivers.
