Game crashes when anything is purchased.

Anytime I purchase something whether it be Apex coins, using legend tokens, or crafting metals my entire game crashes It also happens when I open Apex packs but I’ve had no problems loading into games… it only started after I bought the battle pass for split 2 and I was wondering if anybody’s having the same issue? Or has had this happen before and knows how to fix it.. i’ll attach an image of the error screen I get. Sidenote I deleted the game and tried to reinstall it but now I can’t even get in because it says I’m playing on a different device when I am not so, I was wondering if that’s because I have it on my PS5 and my PS4?
