did u find a fix yet? im using RX580 as well and ive updated my drivers, still to no avail.

Okay, I think I may have actually found the issue. 24.9.1 is most recent update to that driver, but a newer driver for the Radeon RX 580 has been released. Try updating to the newer driver.

Use this link to find the most recent drivers for the Radeon RX 580. I'm gonna download them now, and see what happens. I'll come back to let you know if this worked or not.
