Game crashing again

Hey there, ever since the update ...every time there is storm point in rotation of maps be that pubs or ranked...the game crashes from the menu...i have done everything there is to be done on my end to fix it and it didn't work...(also tried some of the things that were suggested here by mods) kindly fix this issue...its effecting my rank progress badly and i would like to play my favorite map of storm point.... same issue existed last season too and its still there and hasn't been fixed, kindly fix it or replace storm point as a map.
