Game does not boot after splash screen, 14 May 2024

I have Apex Legends installed on Steam. I launch the game, the Easy Anti-Cheat splash screen appears, fills a loading bar, and then the game just stops. This has been happening since the update on 7 May.

I have tried running Steam and the game as administrator. I have disabled my firewall and attempted to launch. I switched CNG Key Isolation to Automatic from Manual (rabbit hole on another thread). I have rebooted, updated drivers, acquired lost files, and reinstalled the game. I occasionally get an error screen from the launcher reporting an error, pictures below. However, none of these have successfully launched the game.

The game is installed on my E: drive, my boot drive is C:

Looking for an update on what is keeping the game from launching, any advice appreciated. Thanks!
