Game falsely detects ReShade as "untrusted system file"
ReShade is NOT a cheat and not only does this game not start with driver integrity checks disabled, but also recognizes ReShade DXGI.dll as as "untrusted system file". That's utter EA. Valve's Anti-Cheating is superior to yours and doesn't resort to such self-degradation and self-humiliation as prevention of use of popular graphics-enhancing tools that in no way give someone unfair advantage over someone else without those tools. If you want to argue that it does, then you might as well go all the way and disable changing graphics options, limiting FPS, and allowing only a single PC-configuration to run the game. That's what you get on consoles. Post-processing injectors and wrappers like ReShade are one of the big reasons to have PC's over consoles. Don't want to support PC gaming? Why bother releasing this game on PC then? Titanfall 1 and 2 didn't have this crap and I had hopes neither would this game, but I totally forgot the big change, the infamous entity, "EA", that acquired Titanfall 1/2.
I want to use ReShade to properly set sharpness and AA settings to get a clear image without aliasing. Unlike superior games from superior publishers, you don't offer any sharpening settings that offset NVidia's TXAA/TSSAA blur in your game. Normally, TXAA + in-game sharpening produces excellent aliasing free and clean/sharp image, but not in this game... That can easily by fixed with ReShade LumaSharpen.fx followed by FXAA with Subpixel AA disabled.
P.S. What's it like being associated with the phrase "Go play some EA games!", a derogatory expression used by gamers due to its meaning, one equivalent to "Go screw yourself!" ? What kind of skills are necessary to fall that low?
Easy Anti Cheat not the game itself. This anti cheat blocks a lot of services, executables and files because it sees them as an cheat engine of some sort. You cant have any overlays like Afterburner while you play so forget about ReShade it sees it as a cheat. Both Titanfall games used some sort of internal anti cheat not this garbage thats why you could use these. VAC is server sided thats why you modify files and run overlays you want to while playing games with it while EAC is local it works like literal spyware it constantly scans services, processes and everything all the time to prevent from launching any ,,cheat engines'' and to this day I assume they didnt bothered to whitelist ReShade and im sure they wont.
