Game freeze on controller vibration (PC - PS4 DS)

So when ever I slide, shoot or whatever that makes the controller vibrate, it will disconnect the controller and freeze the game. So far I've used DS4Windows and just normally plugging it in using the normal Windows drivers, but it makes no difference, it just makes the controller last longer when using the DS4Windows, but that's about it, the end result is a freeze. Anyone else has this issue?
