Can support help me out here? Its getting frustrating thinking this was going to be fixed for the longest time now. Ive been very patient until now but its just getting out of hand, its killing my passion for the game.
Let's get this fixed for you. Can you attach a DxDiag and let us know what type of steps you've taken already? (ex: reinstalling, repairing game in Origin)
Do you overclock and play the game with any programs running in the background like Discord, MSI Afterburner?

Thanks for the DxDiag, I don't see any concerning standing out.
Do you have Origin In-Game disabled under your Origin client's Application Settings? Try disabling that, clean boot your PC, and then launch Origin as administrator by right-clicking on the desktop shortcut.
Let's leave Discord disabled and see if the game launches without a freeze. Under your in-game settings, turning down the Texture Streaming Budget can help with performance too.If the game runs smoothly, it's possible a program running in the background could be conflicting with the game.

- 6 years ago@EA_Blueberry I have the same problem.Freeze at the champ select or after,but before the game!The thing is that when the problem started i did a repair on game and a windows update so i dont know if this is the cause.

@XoiriniMprizola
The issue is with the latest patch. People have gone asbolutely nuts and tried everything. But it still makes no difference. I repaired cleaned origin cache and restarted and got it on first try.- EA_Blueberry6 years ago

Hey, all.
A lot of these DxDiags are showing Windows 10 build 17763. Make sure you update your Windows 10 build to the latest version. Updates that are pending to be installed in the background can cause performance issues for games.
I'm also seeing the following:- Outdated drivers for video cards. Please update the video card and/or roll back the current version and reinstall.
- OneDrive errors. I've seen players avoid crashes/freezing by uninstalling OneDrive from their PC.
- Third party devices like cameras, tablets, and other controllers plugged in. It's worth a try to remove those to see if they have any link in the freezing. Some devices can function normally while plugged in, however some might cause compatibility issues with other software.
- Corruption in Windows files under the Windows Error Reporting within the DxDiag. You'll want to consider running an SFC Scan and check your Windows Event Viewer.
