Game freeze/Not responding

I know you said you swapped out RAM a while back, have you tried running a memory test recently? Memtest86 is a well known site.

we have same problem with different setups So its not about hardware or something(-300 point for freeze xD) ITS ABOUT DUO EVENT UPDATE FIX IT

Is it freezing at the same point in game that @JerryLang posted earlier? Looks to be happening to @DjHeroCreep  too. 

It could very well be the update, but it's important to run through PC troubleshooting steps to confirm it's not hardware related. I know it can be frustrating to go through freezing and when you're troubleshooting one step after another it can feel like all hope is lost, but we'll find a fix or make sure the teams here are notified. 👍

Please include a DxDiag if you're experiencing freezing so we can get those gathered for our QA team, thanks!

@EA_Blueberryyes, ive ran multiple tests on my ram. none of my hardware is faulty. but like i said, i havent had a crash since season3. it could also be cause i dont play quite as much as i used to and maybe missed out on the crashes.
i wish i could find a way to fix them but idk, i think this has to be forwarded a dev so they can look into it and push a patch for it.
Clearly none of the users who are facing this issue have a decent setup and no faulty hardware.

@LiilSuprreme i have been facing this since season2 but it looks like more and more players are getting it in season 3.

Same issue. Only happens on legend select and/or loading into the ship.

Having the same problem wasn't having it previously it's rage inducing also im pretty sure it's probably the update just due to the fact that it seems to be freezing at specific points most any kind of loading screen.
