Game freezes after new mid-season update (Lobby)

After the new mid-season update, the game freezes after 20 seconds in lobby. Can be in lobby, shop, anywhere in the game. It freezes without any possible interaction, no sound, no movement, nothing. ...

What makes it worse is that we have no idea what's truly causing it especially when this season has caused alot of people to get heavy lag, high cpu usage on pc, and starvation. Like please tell us what's going on if you know.
