Missing Apex Legends content

All the data of my Apex Legends account has been completely erased.

I created my EA account back in 2019 and have been playing Apex Legends for several years. After starting work two years ago, I didn't play the game for over a year. When I logged in today, I was shocked to find that all the data of my game account had disappeared without a trace. There was a heirloom in my account, along with Horizon's achievements of 4,000 damage dealt and 20 kills in a single match. I sincerely hope you can help me recover my game data.

    Hey snoonsick​,

    Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. 

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

    We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked. They'll also be able to help make sure this is the correct account just in case there are multiple that may have been used.
