I've been reading all the other posts about this & I haven't been able to notice any problems PC-wise in any & most of them are at the very least at the minumum requirement to run Apex. But without, fail. The posts all say the same thing: One map works fine, the other doesn't.
For me, KC works perfectly fine & never crashes, (& the Quest Missions all work too!), but when it rotates to World's Edge, this happens:
-Game enters a match
-The squad chooses their character
-The map loads in
-You jump out the drop ship
-Freeze, then the game crashes (usually without a notice afterwards).
-So if you try to reconnect, it can work, but after a less than three minutes it will crash again.
The only time it didn't crash after reconnecting lead to me basically being able to play the game, but when I encountered more players. I noticed none of the abilities would work , I couldn't do any damage to them, & when I bumped into one, it caused the game to lag.
While an easy solution to this is to just play on one map & never the other (What I've been doing). It would be nice to experience the other map since I just started playing less than a month ago. Hope this helped! Since I never see anything about the people reconnecting after the game crashed.
To try & stop this, I've done literally everything recommended, but nothing has worked.
-& if you really need more information, I'm happy to oblige & test out what is causing the crashes, though I don't have a screen recorder. So you'll just have to take my word on it & if someone else is willing to help do the same, please do! Stay safe!
