In-Game Purchases Missing

I was recently falsely banned and my account was then unbanned and now all my in game purchases are gone and my account was reset to brand new. 

I’ve been playing this game since season 0 and have spent thousands of dollars on my account and if i can’t have it on my account id like to figure out how i can get my money refunded!
