Game is literally unplayable because everything stutters after my first game

As the title says the game stutters after my first match in apex legends, I had the problem a few weeks ago but it was solved by disabling Origin in-game overlay now it came back and I don't know what the hell I should do it's very frustrating, one thing I have noticed is it only happens every, first, match after that the players stutter except me everything is teleporting and I can't aim because they keep, teleporting, the game is literally unplayable because of this I know I might not be the only one having this problem but I can't find anyone in the forum having the problems I'm gonna list my attempts below 

I'm really desperate in fixing this because I'm sick and tired of not being able to play this game

#1 Changing servers

I tried to change my server to a different one to see if its just a ping issue so I changed my servers from taiwan from a ping of 63 to tokyo with a ping of 74 I know the ping is higher on tokyo but I thought it might be server issues I loaded up a match to see no change, attempt one failed

#2 restarting pc

Tried it, at first I thought it worked but only on the first match don't know why but it just doesn't happen on the first match

#3 restarting wifi

Tried it, doesn't work 

#4 verifying game

Tried it, does not work

#5 turning off all devices 

Does not do a thing

#6 updating drivers 

I have my drivers up to date so... no

#7 flushing dns

Tried it, same as the other one only the first match

#8 Disabling HPET or high precision event timer 

Now this one was the best result, I disabled HPET I won't tell the details cause it's too long and I started the game the first few matches were fine but after those matches it came back WORSE.

#9 Reinstalling the game

#10 Reinstalling Origin
