Game keeps crashing on apex xbox one

Don't know why but every other game in the middle of the game it kicks me and say lost connection to server when I sit 5 feet from my router... I live with roommates who all play and they never experience this problem. what's the deal?

    Hi there, @bigalmosser.

    It sounds like you might be on a wireless connection. If that's true, can you switch to a wire and see if your connection improves?
