game keeps freezing xbox series s
My game keep freezing on my xbox series s. It either freezes when I am choosing my legend or when i try to leave the game. It litteraly freezes every game... does somebody know a solution? please let...

This worst part about this is that they claimed to have fixed this issue even though many of us are still dealing with it, and they won't even acknowledge that it is still a problem. I try submitting tickets for this issue and all I get back is an email with troubleshooting tips and my case marked as "fixed".
