Hmm, there used to be a bug with having "convert speech to text" causing the same error message, but it has been fixed
try searching on apex legends reddit and search for "this account is not permitted to play online" and maybe more people have troubleshooted
I have seen increase of people with this issue
maybe try going into your origin account on the website and try changing some privacy settings or something
Also if you have another origin account, try logging in on that and see if that account works, if it does, it could be account bug. It has happened to pro players, where their main account got bugged
EDIT: oh i saw you tried another account aswell. Try changing IP adress, sometimes certain IP adress ranges have been "blacklisted" automatically. Maybe try a VPN to get another IP adress. (this mostly happens on Asian IP adress ranges but could probably happen worldwide)

But I’ve been wondering why it crashes, it just kicks me to the Home Screen after seeing the error message
I can’t even stay in apex for even 30 seconds without it kicking me out to my Xbox Home Screen
