Game loading black screen with the apex logo after changing game language

I need help, I changed my game to Japanese recently, and just now I have changed it back to English. Now every time I try to play apex, I open the game and a black screen shows up with just the apex logo at the bottom. It moves a bit and just freezes. It makes my computer not able to play videos or hear music. The only thing I can do is restart my computer.

I have verified my game files once. It also crashes Microsoft windows which makes it impossible to turn off my computer which only gives me the option to unplug it.
