Game penalty warning after an error

Hello. Today i played apex legends ranked mode and i got an error, i got kicked back to main menu and soon as i got back into the game lobby i got a penalty warning. IDK What to do anymore i love this game but it have a lot of errors not by my fault. I got demoted from Predator #2,000 to Platinum because of that. Here is a proof:
