game (still) freezing mid match

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. It seems to happen in any area, I have not crashed in any specific place
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. It happens while doing anything, walking, looting, mid fight - never in lobby or while loading, always in game. Only in Apex - no other game so far. Also seems to happen a lot while flying.

How often does the bug occur? Completely random. But will happen a few times during one sitting
How severe is your issue? Big impact on gameplay, potentialy damaging to my computer. Makes ranked grinding much harder and really makes the game less enjoyable for me - and my friends waiting around for me crashing
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes without error. Everything freezes and I can hear game audio for about 5 more seconds. If I ever have Spotify/a discord call I can hear audio through there and still talk on calls.
What should be happening instead? game should not freeze and force me to restart
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It seems to happen a lot while flying, but has happened at just anytime throughout the game.
Hardware:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
16GB DDR4 3200mhz RAM
Radeon RX 5700 XT
Windows 10
Game installed and launched through steam
Troubleshooting steps taken:
- Updating every single driver
- rolling back gpu driver
-undervolting gpu
- updating windows
- verifying game files through steam
- reinstalling apex
- running the game with admin privileges
- making new windows admin account
-turning off steam overlay
-cleaning out dust from pc
-Changing ram frequencies
Extra: I have tried everything and even tried troubleshooting with others. I have looked through all other forums and tried the things provided there.
-Would also like to mention that I ran a stress test on my pc for 30 minutes, gpu temp remained at about 70 Celsius and no errors, crashes, or black screens.
-All settings are at low or off except texture streaming on very low
