Game stops working occasionally for a couple of days and crashes.

So, this post is about a bug which I haven't really seen posted anywhere. I've seen issues of similar nature, but they barely helped.
What I was dealing with for the last month are a series of crashes after the EA\Respawn Logo with no error message or crash log. Around Thursday's\Friday's the game would suddenly stop working when I try to launch it. The last time that happened, on the 09.20.19, I was in the middle of a match and the game just crashed and couldn't be launched again. When the game works normally - it never crashes like that. (Apex CTD'ed in the Past only on release version for me, before Season 1)
Repairing\Reinstalling\Admin Running the game doesn't help. They game would never launch. I managed to fix this problem a couple of times, but after 1-3 weeks it occurs again and the fix doesn't work anymore.
The first fix was achieved via Windows 7 Compatibility mode. It made the game playable for a couple of days, before it started crashing again.
The next fix was caused by a window update. That fixed the issue for about 2-3 weeks.
Then, it happened again, but few hours after the game started crashing again, the client updated and I was able to launch Apex Legends. But it broke once again after some time has passed.
I reinstalled Visual C++. It fixed it for a week, but after the most recent mid-game crash - game became unlaunchable again.
NONE of those fixes worked on the second try. Compatibility mode doesn't work anymore, nor does reinstalling the Visual C++.

I can't force update Apex or Windows, which seem to have always fix this issue. I want to know what might cause this.
Windows Event Log details the crash as bad_module_info, an error which seems to be the plague of a lot of W10 games, including Apex. However, in every game there is a message with this error after the crash, which I don't get. And none of the fixes for this error worked for me, so I am not sure if this is it.
It seems that this crash happens when the game is suppose to load Tittle Screen. Launching the game when my PC's CPU was busy increased the time spent in loading screen, however, it's still crashes before reaching the loading screen.

I've attached my DxDiag file, which doesn't seem to have any errors, but it should be helpful.

21.09.19 Restarted my PC after using a program completely unrelated to Apex that I don't think I can name on this forum. Game works, for some reason, but restarting PC usually never worked for me in the past. Considering this is a reoccurring bug, I still want to know what be the cause of the crashes.

Hey @EnclaveNature i am really interested what program you used before you did the restart and then finally coud tart the game again. My game crashes on Tuesday, not able to start it again. Then played a little bit of Rocket League. At the end of the session, i could start apex. Today i want to play it again and it crashes again. The last time i had the excat same issue the install of the Windows Update 1903 fixed it.

So, I used a program which is illegal, "Destroy Windows 10 Spying". However, just like everything else - I don't think this fix will work the second time if it actually fixed the crash.
