Over the past year in ranked I have started to experience unplayable lag in ranked. Whenever I enter a game that is a “protected server” my packet loss spikes around 70-80. If I am not in a “protected server” I hover around 30 ping and have zero packet loss. I’ve tried everything I can on my end such a setting my NAT type to open, switching to ethernet, etc. I tried to contact the EA support but am forced to chat with an AI that provides no help and I am not given the option to open a case or anything. I have seen people experiencing the same issue but have seen nothing in the replies on how to fix it

literally been having the same issue for the pass few seasons. Crazy part is that for regular matches I'm fine. If I sign on to another account & play rank matches I receive no packet loss. EA please fix this. No reason why we can't speak to support about this issue.
