Game stuck

Thanks for following up.

Since verifying the files and reinstalling didn’t help, a couple of other things may still be worth trying:

• Clear the EA app cache
• Make sure the EA app itself is fully updated and launching normally
• Try the general PC crashing/freezing steps as well, since this seems to be getting stuck before the game fully reaches the lobby.

If you do try those, feel free to come back and let me know whether anything changes.

Few months ago I downloaded the game but I took A break so I deleted it. After downloading it a few days ago, and verifying my game files, and even trying to reinstall, the game gets stuck on the overclocked screen where the continue button never appears without any error codes. It's just stuck and I can't play

Sorry you’re running into that.

If the game is getting stuck on the Overclocked screen and the Continue button never appears, could you let us know whether this started recently or has been happening for a while?

Since you’re launching through Steam, it would also help to know whether you’ve already tried verifying the game files and whether you’re seeing any error message at all, or if it just stays stuck on that screen.
