Are you seeing any error messages or codes? If the game is crashing during launch and you're seeing CE-108255-1 or CE-348780, please give the following troubleshooting steps a try: 

1. Go to your PlayStation console's Settings > Application Saved Data Management
2. Select Saved Data in System Storage
3. Choose Apex Legends
4. Delete those files
