Gameplay enhancement ban( for no reason)

I completely restarted my pc on oct.14 around 11 pm and I had also redownloaded windows, after i finished setting up my pc with everything like games and graphic drivers, I played apex for about 20 - 30 minutes before i got banned for apparently no reason and to add on top of that I never received an email of EA informing me of the ban, I'm unsure why its happening because it also happened to my second apex account that I don't use. I would like to get unbanned and also want to figure out what could be making the anti-cheat ban me. Can EA please help me :(

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team, they'll be able to take a look into this for you.

i also have the same problem and i sent in a apeal and i hope ur able to fix it since i just played 1 match and in the match i got banned for no reason

are you able to help me too i got banned for gameplay enhancement feb 26 but i never played apex on a cheating device nor any cheats on pc + my game was uninstalled and i never played anything

Same thing here for the past three days.
The reason is the same for everyone: we played the “Bot Royale Evolved” mode, and our account statistics changed drastically.
EA’s artificial intelligence didn’t even question it and concluded that we were cheating.
I’ve submitted three appeals so far, all rejected for now, because it’s just an automated bot replying.
I’ve sent plenty of emails as well. Still no answer…
EA must acknowledge that the “Bots Royale Evolved” mode does not reflect a player’s normal statistics, and they need to adjust their anti‑cheat system for this mode.
I’m desperate.
If the moderators could escalate this issue, it would be appreciated.
