@WEWdesperate Yes, I'm having this issue. EA support hasn't been able to resolve this. I have had to make a new account, and that works fine, but that doesn't solve the problem. I have all my cosmetics, fully completed S1 BP, and I also purchased the S2 BP that I now cannot progress. So frustrating.
