I want to send a gift to my friend, but when I click on the set, the send gift button is disabled. It says that I must have two-step verification enabled, although when I log into my account I see that it is enabled. What to do?

My account complies with all restrictions. I'm level 10 and my friend has been my friend for over 2 weeks. but the gift button is still unavailable, although I turned off verification and turned it back on. Does not work
@EA_Barry, can you help? I have the same issue as @gkhcvdf.
I've clicked on the locked button when trying to gift and activated de-activated the secure thing a million times. I see a bunch of these posts and the only advice is always just to check that same link. Trust we read 100 times. What do we need to do? Hasn't gifting been out since like season 15? Can you fix it?
