Apex Coin purchase not going through...

Recently just topped up my Steam Wallet, and im trying to buy the 6700 Apex Coin in-game but when I clicked purchase, it did not go through, nor did it deduct from my Steam Wallet. Like nothing happened...I already tried restarting the PC, the game, and even changing the server, but to no avail. Any advise?
