Hello! I have recently purchased Apex coins through the Apex store/Steam and they are not showing up on my account. I have made 2 tickets in support and spoken to someone in chat who told me there was nothing he could do and he needed to inform the developers. I have provided all the proof asked and can do so again. I am not sure what else I can do besides make this post. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received the Apex Coins you purchased.
As you mentioned, you purchased the coins through Steam, I would suggest that you try accessing the suing EA App as sometimes launching the game directly from EA App help to push through the purchase. If after that you still did not receive the coins, then please contact EA Help Support. I see that you already contacted them but we're unable to add them manually to your account, however the EA Help support should be able to assist you with that after you provide them a proof of purchase.

Hello and thanks for your reply. I have installed the game through the EA app and started it up and I still do not have my purchased coins. I have already contacted EA support chat and provided them with the proof they need. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

If the coins didn't come through when you launched the game via EA App, then you would have to contact EA Help Support once again as they will have to verify the proof of purchase and add it manually if possible.
