Everything reset

I havent played apex in a few months and decided to download it again, as soon as i launched the game. My level was reset, no heirlooms, no skins, no stats, no history that i ever played on this account.

Hello umglub,

that sounds like you're logged into the wrong account. Please try and find the right account and make sure the platform accounts ( if you're playing on console or not directly through the EA app on PC) are still linked correctly.
