Hello and thanks for your reply. I have installed the game through the EA app and started it up and I still do not have my purchased coins. I have already contacted EA support chat and provided them with the proof they need. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Community ManagerIf the coins didn't come through when you launched the game via EA App, then you would have to contact EA Help Support once again as they will have to verify the proof of purchase and add it manually if possible.
