Gift card redeemed but no coins received

I have now bought apex coins twice and still have never received them even after following all steps as advised on both the forums and the ea help website, the ea help website doesnt work either so please dont recommend me to make a case on there as everytime i do the case just becomes “resolved” or “fixed” without any emails being sent to me and when you click “resume case” it sends you back to the topic selection page and doesnt resume the case.

There is no possible way for me to get a refund through steam anymore as you cannot get one past 24hours, which i waited as advised by the ea help topics.
