Gigabit connection EU server Prediction error

Each time i use med or batteries, jetpack of Valk,hit enemy in melee combat, move fast asides, i get Prediction Error. 
I am so tired of this, lan connection, no wireless
5700x + Rtx3090 win11 latest update, BIOS latest update
im sick of it happening for years to me.
