Glitched Account after linking on PS5

Greetings,

I would like to get some help, because I dont know what to do 

I reinstalled the game 4 times, deleted apex cloud, restarted Playstation and still does this.

I can only play, but packs after leveling up wont show.


Cant take a look in shop, legends and I cant even made my loadout..

currency is -9999, Cant even see my level

    Hey @VOZOdee,

    Did you recently unlink your PlayStation account and then link it to a new EA account? If so, that's probably what's causing your problems. Apex Legends doesn't react well when it gets unlinked, and it can cause the game to get extremely glitchy. If you link it back to its original EA account, that usually solves the issue and you can play as normal again.
  • I'm having this same problem. I linked EA account initially to my steam account, which was the wrong account. I unlinked from steam, and then linked to ps5 and my PC account is not working properly. The account is the right account but no Legends merged, skins merged, no legend tokens, etc. Is there a fix for that? Account is SpiritualPanduh on PS5.

    It doesn’t allow us to link it back, there’s a certain timeframe. Is there a fix or do we just wait it out?
