got banned for giving info in the game?!!!!!!

Question

i got banned for litterly telling my team mate to rin away so he can craft my banner i reseved an email says :

While reviewing your account, we saw:

Apex Legends

SuperLooshy:take rope pls

We consider this to be Harassment.

you know in apex legends there are a ropes and ziplines i was telling him to run away so he can craft my banner so where is the harrasment?

i played this game for about 1900 H and i have to many paid games in my account!!
what should i do?
