Got banned yesterday for no apparent reason

Hi, im new here and my first time posting this here.i have to make this clear that this is my rant and my english isnt good since its not my primary language but anyway shall we began. as the name of the title my account got banned yesterday for no apparent reason like its out of nowhere. when i start playing the game with a friend and we both decided to go to training to warm up and have fun each other like 1v1, when we about to play trio theres a error about banned (Banned.png) after joining the match which is completely odd and i thought this is some connection error (as always) but realized i got banned and i hope this is some of a mistake since i played most multiplayer games fairly since its a common sense for most games. i contacted the support about the ban if this is was a mistake but i got a automatic email (email.png) that i got perma-banned for cheating (breaking tos 6) which is completely absurd because i never cheat or abuse exploit or use any software that interfered or disturb ea services nor disturb other players like seriously this is the first ever game i got "falsely" banned for no apparent reason like seriously look at my stats (stats.png) which is completely normal how average player plays the game and yet i got the another email and they said "We have confirmed that your account was involved incheating" (email.png) which makes me furious like "so you ban innocent players but not actual cheaters and hackers which still plague the game". seriously it feel like the support runs by machine than humans since i already send proofs in image form like programs im currently using + task manager details tab all the program list and game stats since i know cheaters usually get higher status and having weird spam like names like they slamming their face on their keyboard (SG server). but honestly im upset and disappointed because im planing to immigrate to steam because origin is just unreliable like sometimes the game disconnected me due to origin failed to connect to the server and now i got perma-banned, and i get it, this is EA answer hq and the community manager(s) wont able to help me only the ToS team can (and wish live chat is available so this might be easier) but seriously the ToS team need to check my account really carefully and not relying to automatic machine and not just sending automatic email like breaking tos 6 and confirming that i was cheating when reality im not. i just want their proof and information how i got banned and what specific ToS #6 section im breaking because this is unprofessional of them, and yet this problem also happens to ninja last year because he also get banned out of nowhere ON STREAM and he also doesnt know how he got banned just like my current situation because im beyond confused since i didnt do any banworthy thing but later his ban got removed after he reached out to some dev of respawn. but yeah this is just me using my pc and none touched my pc and theres no infomation about my account got breached and i just want their proof and information how i got banned in the first place and makes me question about my decision buying other ea product (games) nor play their games since i already own titanfall 2 on steam and bloodhound edition on apex and games can be borderline expensive due to exchange rate.
