Got suspended for 7days

So I played arena not even ranked and got called out for '' Cyka Blyat'' and when I scold the person back in my own native language I get suspended for 7days. I reached out to advisors twice but they clearly can't read and only punish me. How was it my fault when the guy called me out first in his own native language? Something telling me that the advisors don't do their job well because they can't even read the damn text chat. Now I can't reach out to anyone because they just close my dispute. I'm so sick and tired of people like this that can't take a moment to read 2damn lines and see that the person they suspended isn't at fault.

    Hi @Raven9996, 

    I'm sorry, this isn't something we can overturn. If a ban or suspension was correctly added for rule-breaking, it's there to stay until the duration has passed. In your case, once the 7 days are up, you'll be able to return and play as normal again.

    Hi @Raven9996,

    From what you shared, it sounds like you responded in kind. If you respond to bait and yourself bait further reactions you're putting your own account in line for bans and suspensions by breaking the rules yourself. 

    If you happen to encounter other toxic players in-game, please let us address those members instead, don't take it on yourself to put manners on them. You can help us to see the content by reporting it and protect your EA account in the process by not taking the bait and feeding the trolls any further. The team that handles this cases will see the reports and follow-up appropriately.

    Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I can't express how glad I am that you took the time to read and reply to my topic. I'm really not a toxic or bad person and I will 100 if not 1000% do this again in the future and will surely reach out to you guys. I learned my lesson since Apex is the game I play the most. Is there anything you guys can do to help me with the suspension or do I need to wait a week before I can play again. If nothing can be done then I respect the measures taken but if there's a way I can be forgiven I will be very grateful. I don't play many games other than Apex legends. This is my first ever suspension in my entire life can this please be seen as a warning

    I don't have much knowledge about bans and suspensions. Do you maybe know if I can still play on other accounts or is that strictly forbidden. I don't want to get banned for something I don't have knowledge about ☹️

    Hi @Raven9996,

    Sure, well that depends on the kind of suspension you received. When you load up Apex, does a screen pop up with a ban message? Does this screen pop-up for other EA games you play?

    I'm not banned but suspended for 7days(playing on steam) . And I want to know if I can still play the game but on a different account even though I'm suspended, is that okay with you guys? This is the only EA title I have . I'm really trying to get better with Apex but if I don't play for a week my aim will become terrible since I'm playing with mouse and keyboard.

    Ah I see, I can't really advise you on that.

    The suspension you received was added to restrict your access to the game(/potentially account depending on the suspension type) for that period of time.

    To offer advise on how to play while your suspended would be to help you circumvent that ^^: No can do.

    I respect the decision taken and thank you for your help. Sadly I won't be able to purchase the limited time skins now ☹️ but oh well lesson learned.
