Got the apex twitch prime skin but it glitched and its gone

So I was able to get my twitch prime set up on my xbox and everything. I even was able to open the loot boxes it gave me and get the skin. But now the skin I got for pathfinder is glitch so that I have a notification saying I have a new skin but the omega skin (twitch skin) is gone. I still have everything that I got from the loot boxes it's just the skin for pathfinder is gone.

Help??
