They screwed the patch. tons of people having those issues.
it also cause major stutter when changing game modes which can also cause the game to crash or even your PC.
it's been reported, they aware, just don't care as long as the streamers stream.
In case anyone missed it, the streamers are the only target audience now and all is catered towards them. the no fill which killed the game, the arena mode which most people don't play (and now they try to force it sown your throat with arena only challenges) and as long as streamers play it, it fine by them.
