My graphics are glitching and showing long lines flashing from the characters and the map. It makes the game unplayable

That is almost certainly a corrupt video driver issue.
Download a fresh copy/update of your video drivers and install those, thanks.
How can I do that on my Xbox one?
Hi. I'm getting issues like this on various games on my PC. I've tried updating drivers. Have you found out any more about this since you started this thread? I haven't even found anyone else online that has these issues with games apart from you.
