Gun being put away when shooting

Hi there, 

On which platform are you playing? If you're on PC and you have the switch weapons on your mouse scroll, the mouse could be scrolling while you shooting causing the weapons to be changed. I have jump on the scroll wheel and every now and then it happens that my legend jumps while I'm shooting. This is something that happened in other games as well as with other mice. So if you use the numbers to change your weapons, try unbinding the scroll wheel in the game settings to see if that helps!
