Steam and EA Apex will not open. Help!

Yesterday I installed apex and whenever I tried opening it, the anti-cheat would pop up and then disappear.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game both on steam and EA countless times. I've verified game files on both programs. I've ran the game and anti-cheat as admin to try and fix the issue, I've tried deleting anti-cheat, I've updated all my drivers, and I've made adjustments in my BIOS.

And the same thing still happens. Anti-cheat will pop up for a few seconds and then its gone and no game. I have no clue what else to do. I've watched so many videos and have read previous forums regarding the same issue and I still have it.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this?
